Dubaissi Advisory is a consultancy practice focused on helping entrepreneurial Real Estate Investors, and Developers achieve their goals, across the globe.

Mustafa Dubaissi, the founding partner, and consultant has made it his mission to help those that seek exposure to Real Estate, by providing advice underpinned by evidence-based analysis, commercial know-how and most importantly, an honest, client-first only approach.

About Mustafa Dubaissi

Experienced Real Estate Investment professional benefiting from a First Class BSc in Actuarial Science and an institutional Real Estate Investment career spanning over 10 years in London. Mustafa is also a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with a speciality in Property Finance & Investment.

During this time, Mustafa has worked as a Real Estate focused Investment Manager for Legal & General Capital, a leading UK Pension Fund, Gatehouse Bank and an Ultra High Net Worth Family Office.

Mustafa has transacted on acquisitions, disposals, debt and equity capital raising, totaling in excess of $1bn to date, with a focus more latterly on the living sectors.

Recent Work

Currently, in collaboration with a leading Professional Services organisation, Mustafa is restructuring an institutional scale Global Real Estate Portfolio for an UHNW Client.

Whilst working in the Real Estate Investment team for a UK Bank, Mustafa played a leading role in the disposal of a circa £150m stabilised Single-Family Rental portfolio. This was a landmark transaction and the first institutional scale Single-Family Rental portfolio to trade in the UK.

Mustafa was instrumental in the origination and structuring of an institutional scale UK Single-Family Housing BTR Joint Venture with a blue-chip Private Equity firm.

Mustafa played a crucial role in an acquisition of a major UK Airline Headquarter Offices.

Mustafa played a leading role in developing an Office building into a 124-unit Multi-Family BTR scheme in central London, from concept inception through to practical completion, and rental stabilisation.

Mustafa has successfully led on leasing negotiations that helped turn a prestigious Grade I listed building into a highly recognisable multi-use asset and Events venue.
